A. Yes. The security of your credit card information is encrypted.
All your confidential information in transit from your computer to our
checkout process uses a Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log-in,
our checkout verifies that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information is received, it is heavily protected both physically and electronically.
The servers we use sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Where do I find the Credit Card Secure Code?

The Secure code is a 3 or 4 digit code printed on your credit
card. We require this code as a security measure to our
customers. Requiring this information helps to ensure that the
credit card is present at the time of purchase. If you cannot
find this code, or it is illegible, please contact your credit
card issuer.

Mastercard and Discover Cards
The Secure
code is the 3 digit value printed on the signature panel located
on the back of your card. It is the last 3 numbers in that area.
The
Secure code is the 4 digit value printed (not-embossed)
above your account number on the front of your card.

Shipping Information
Q. How do you ship my order?
A. We ship products via UPS standard ground unless otherwise specified.
UPS ground shipments will accompany tracking information by e-mail.
To save you cost we ship most products based on size, weight and
shipping distance with minimal handling charge. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS
priority mail. International shipping is also available to most
countries.
Q. Do you offer faster shipping service?
A. For
most of our products there are various shipping methods available during
checkout. Please contact us if you have any special shipping
requirements.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders are usually processed within
24-48 hrs and typically take 3-7 business days for delivery. International shipments will take longer.
Most orders sold within the continental USA will come with tracking
information.
