Q.  How can I purchase?

Q.  Is my credit card information secure?
A.  Yes. The security of your credit card information is all done by PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal's checkout process using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log-in, PayPal's checkout verifies that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information is received, it is heavily protected both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Q.  Do you offer discounts on multiple orders?
A.  Yes, shipping is automatically combined on multiple orders. If you are ordering more than 12 units you may contact us for a special rate.

Q.  Can I pay with a money order, personal, cashiers, or company check?

Shipping Information

Q.  How do you ship my order?
A.  We ship products via UPS standard ground unless otherwise specified. UPS ground shipments will accompany tracking information by e-mail.  To save you cost we ship most products based on size, weight and shipping distance with minimal handling charge.  Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS priority mail. International shipping is also available to most countries.

Q.  Do you offer faster shipping service?
A.  For most of our products there are various shipping methods available during checkout.  Please contact us if you have any special shipping requirements.

Q.  How long does delivery take?
A.  Orders are usually processed within 36 hrs and typically take 3-5 business days for delivery. International shipments will take longer.  Most orders sold within the continental USA will come with tracking information.
