Refund Policy:
Please try the software before you buy as refunds cannot be given once the
software has been purchased.
Archiving your Software: All products are only
available by downloading from our website and are not
available on CD. If you wish to make a copy of the installation program for
archive purposes you can do this at any time by right clicking the
appropriate product download button and selecting "Save Target As..."
from the menu. You can then transfer this copy on to a CD or other storage
medium, leave on your computer or store a backup on another computer.
All products include
one year's free upgrades from the date of
purchase. This means you may upgrade to any version released within one year
of your purchase. At the end of the year you can continue to use the product
for as long as you like. There may be a charge to upgrade to versions
released more than one year after your purchase.
All products come with a
single user license which entitles you to
install the software on up to two machines provided only one copy is used at
any given time. For example this means you may install one copy on your
desktop PC and a second copy on your laptop. Please see the end user license
